Cosmetic condition:

This device is used in good condition. There are some scratches or scuffs from everyday use. We've done our best to clean the headphones but they are in fair to good condition with some signs of usage on the housing and the cushions. Please view our close up photos, as these are taken of the actual item being offered for sale.

Functionality condition:

This device is in fully working, used condition. It has been tested to ensure all aspects are working as they should. Device has been tested via PC. All knobs turn and buttons press with no issues. All features light up. The headset has a missing panel on the switch but the switch has been tested and does change a setting based on lights transitioning from red to white, vice versa. The PS5 HDMI adapter has not been tested but is included with entire set and an extra cable has been included as well. Audio from the interface sounds great and the headset sounds very good! The mic on the headset has not been thoroughly tested but seems to be functioning. Entire set is being sold as is!
